He explained what he was going to do and how it worked, asked me if I had questions and gave me instructions for after the cleaning was done. I am extremely happy with the results and the service! I have an in home dog boarding business and with this year's rain and constant mud, plus the occasional puppy accidents my carpets needed more than just my personal carpet cleaner could do. Scott came out and cleaned 3 bedrooms. Which one carpet was 30 years old but in good shape, but definitely had some stains in heavy traffic areas. Looks wonderful and smells amazing!!
